In August 1994, Mr. Lancaster was a founder, Chief Technology Officer, Secretary of the Corporation, and member of the Board of Directors. As such he sponsored development and technical facilities, kept minutes of the board, and issued stock certificates.

was founded to build a multi-platform n-tiered client/server accounting software suite. Mr. Lancaster built a talented team of four and lead the implementation through, analysis, design, and the team's choice of the Forte' Integrated Development Environment.

    • Migrate Mead Johnson subsidiary A/R from in-house [S/390 IMS/db/dc] to centralized CARMS V16R5 [S/390 CICS VSAM]
    • Design and Code chain-account hierarchy reconciliation between old and new system to assist cleanup before conversion
    • Assist design and support of debugging of SAP/R3 Customer and Invoice interfaces to CARMS

    • Troubleshoot inability to start On-line CARMS V16R5 [S/390 CICS VSAM]
      • Traced to non-upward compatible customizations from Front End Screen Table ARSGST01 were migrated to the new Environment Management Screen Table ARSGST01
      • Code fix by applying customizations to new version of Screen Table

    • Design and code remediation of CARMS V4R0 [CICS VSAM] assembler Front End that was using CICS Macros to use "EXEC CICS" syntax instead
